Julio C. Canedo earned his Ph.D. degree in Organization and Management Studies from the University of Texas in San Antonio (UTSA). He received his MBA and bachelor's degree in electronic systems from Monterrey Tech in Monterrey, Mexico. He is certified in coaching, Human Resource Management (HRM), and ethics. Prior to joining the doctoral program he was a HRM practitioner and consultant for nine years. Also, he served in student affairs for six years. Before that, he was a computer systems developer for one year.
